Your Agreement

Your use of this website means that you have agreed to the following terms of use. Please note we may change these terms of use at any time, without telling you. If we make a change, the next time you use this website will mean you agree to the amended terms of use.

Our Services

We will always do our best to prevent any delays or interruptions to the website, but we cannot promise that the website will be available at all times. We may stop the operation of part of the website or all of it, at any time and without telling you. However, we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result. We try to make sure the content on the website is accurate, but we do not guarantee this. The content is also general in nature and does not constitute advice in any way.

Limit of Liability

You must not:

  • Use the website for anything that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;

  • Post or send any material via the website which harms anyone else or use the website to send unsolicited messages; and

  • in any way tamper with the website or transmit any viruses via the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you or anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind (however caused, including by negligence) arising from or relating in any way to the use of this website or any of the content.

We will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from or relating in any way to your use of this website.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on worn and marked products.

Our change of mind return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If you change your mind after this period Saint Capri does not offer a refund or exchange. Please read through all of the information provided in our terms and conditions prior to purchase. These can be located in our website footer. We will accept a change of mind return provided they meet the following guidelines:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Returned with proof of purchase

  • Item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED with all original tags/labels attached

  • Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please contact our customer service centre if you wish to make a return at hello@saintcapri.com including your order number and product details in the email.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

 

Faulty Product Returns

Our high quality products are handmade, and like all babes, there's a chance your garment has its quirks. We call it character, therefore these are not considered faulty.

If something is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item meets our faulty product guidelines and is returned within 14 days time with proof of purchase.

Saint Capri has a 1-month warranty on all products. Within this time frame, we will offer you a replacement or refund for damaged products ONLY if they meet our faulty product guidelines which will be assessed on a case by case basis.

If your product arrives damaged please contact us (within 7 days of delivery) at hello@saintcapri.com and we will advise you on the next steps to take.

Please note actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to display our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. If you'd like to see some more examples we have many photos on our social media in photo and video form.
