FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Domestic shipping is sent via Australia Post standard delivery service. On average you should expect your order within 5 working days from shipping date.
Please note these are only estimated times. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak holiday seasons. If you place your order on a Friday, your parcel should be shipped the following business day. All orders come with tracking.
We will try to get your order despatched from our warehouse the next business day, however please wait 2-4 business days. Delays may occur in peak times (hello Santa!).
Confirmation Emails
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped. All confirmation emails are sent automatically throughout the order process, if you do not receive yours please check your junk mail. If you still haven't received it, it is possible you may have incorrectly entered your email in the checkout process. In this case, please contact our customer service to have it amended.
Shipping Address
Ensure addresses are written correctly, even the smallest error can result in your order getting lost in the post. If you make an error, please contact us immediately as orders cannot be re-directed once they have been dispatched. We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing when addresses have been entered incorrectly. If your order gets returned to Saint Capri, you will be liable for the re-shipping cost of your product.
